Taste Blooms Pastry Shop & Eatery brings Le Cordon Bleu and nostalgia to Carleton Place. Our shop endeavors to source locally, offer classic French gastronomical items, and traditional treats that remind you of home.

Classical specialty items, including Fraisier, St. Honoré, Black Forest, and Mousse Cakes (among others), can be custom ordered for your special event. We also create custom cakes/cupcakes for birthdays, weddings, and all your special events, When you visit us, you will find a selection of gluten-free*, vegan*, & keto* treats in our front pastry display. *While we are very careful during preparation, we are not a gluten-free or nut-free facility, and there may be a possibility of cross contamination.

Owner Tamara Chambers received her Grande Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute (the only LCB Campus in North America), in 2017. Pursuing her passion for cooking and good food, Le Cordon Bleu taught her the additional skills to actualize this dream.
Mark Chambers, her husband, is by her side and can often be seen helping at the front of the shop. Tamara & Mark live in Carleton Place and are currently building a home in Almonte.
